BEFORE YOUR LESSON

YOU MUST TELL US IF:

- you have COVID

- you have/had even the slightest symptoms of COVID recently

- you have been near/in contact with anyone who has symptoms

- you have any allergies to hand sanitizer

- masks are not essential but feel free to wear one, and don't be offended if your instructor chooses to wear one!
